Jack
Benham has more than 25 years of Process Management
and Improvement experience working in both Europe and
the USA. Since 1981, he has served as the CEO of ETI Group
— a leading international training and consulting
firm. To date, ETI Group has guided 400 organizations
through the complete ISO 9000 implementation process —
all passed their registration audits at the first attempt.
They’ve also taught proven tools and techniques
to 40,000 people and performed more than 1,000 performance
assessments. Prior to joining ETI, Jack worked for the
Ministry of Defense (UK) as an instructor and systems
auditor. He has a BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

Russel
Boyles earned his PhD in Statistics in 1981 at
the University of California, Davis. He subsequently spent
two years in the Applied Mathematics Group at Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory, two years as Director of
Statistical Analysis for NERCO Minerals Company, eight
years as Statistical Process Control Manager at Precision
Castparts Corp and two years as Senior Research Scientist
at the New Zealand Institute for Industrial Research and
Development. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 20 years'
consulting experience, Russell specializes in Data Mining,
Design of Experiments, Forecasting, Gage Studies, Reliability,
Process Capability and Statistical Process Control. Several
of his recent papers have appeared in ASQ publications
Technometrics and Journal of Quality Technology.

Bethany Quillnan has more
than 20 years of experience in Process Improvement - specializing
in Six Sigma, ISO 9000 and teambuilding. Bethany has assisted
numerous organizations to improve bottom-line performance.
Her clients include Multnomah County, Freightliner Corporation,
Hewlett Packard, JAE Oregon, Kaiser Permanente and Leupold
& Stevens. An accomplished trainer and training course
designer/developer, Bethany holds a BS in Ceramic Engineering,
an MA in Whole Systems Design for Organizational Systems
Renewal. She has also passed the examination for Certified
ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and has completed Six Sigma Black
Belt training.

David
J. Kinne specializes in process improvement, Statistical
Process Control, and ISO 9000, providing services to companies
such as Kaiser Aluminum, John I. Haas, Johnson Controls,
Printing Control, Cello Bag and Borden Adhesives —
where the implementation of SPC tools and methods resulted
in first year savings of over $1.2 Million. Prior to joining
ETI, Dave worked for John Fluke Manufacturing Company
where he directed improvement training, developed the
SPC training program, and also assisted in the implementation
of TQM. Dave has more than 15 years of experience leading
quality system improvement efforts. He also has a B.Sc.
in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA.

Kristine L. Kaliszewski has
15 years experience in process management and improvement
and specializes in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, Statistical
Process Control, Risk Analysis and GMP Regulations. Prior
to joining ETI Group, Kristine was Quality Assurance and
Regulatory Affairs Manager for GE Osmonics. Her recent
ETI clients include Capitol Industries, Micro Power Electronics
and Vulcan Products Company. Kristine holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Colorado and is an
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor.
She also holds a Certificate in Medical Engineering and
Medical Devices from the University of Washington.

Mar
Meyerhoefer has 17 years quality management experience,
implementing quality systems to meet ISO 9000 and FAA
requirements in many industries. Mar has also been responsible
for training and implementing SPC, Supplier Management,
Internal Auditing, and Corrective Action systems. Trained
in the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award, she served as Senior
Examiner for AT&T and the Oregon Quality Initiative.
Mar’s clients include Carlton Company, Matsushita
Kotobuki Electronics, and Tensolite. She holds a BS in
Manufacturing Engineering and has passed the examination
for ISO 9000 Lead Assessor.

Clint Adams has thirty years of executive level experience and specializes in Lean Six Sigma, Strategic Planning and Leadership. Prior to joining ETI, Clint was Asst. Vice President of Operational Excellence at Washington Mutual Bank. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has also served as Director of Six Sigma for ITT Night Vision Company where he was responsible for implementing and managing the Six Sigma program which achieved savings of $21.5 million in 2003 and $28 million in 2004. A retired Captain, USN, Clint holds a BS in Naval Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MS in Operational Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Mike
Nolan has 20 years experience in QualityManagement
and Regulatory Affairs. Specializing in Supplier Management,
and Contract Manufacturing, Mike has assisted numerous
companies to meet ISO 9000, FDA, FAA and the European
Medical Device Directive requirements. Having evaluated
Quality Systems for more than 80 companies, he has also
gained a keen understanding of the interrelated issues
of Product Design, Communication and Process Management.
Mike is a RAB Approved ISO 9000 Auditor, AQ Certified
Quality Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and ASQ
Certified Quality Manager.

Mike Rowney has 30 years
of experience implementing strategies to achieve world-class
competitiveness. His client's include Alcoa, Anheuser
Busch, Boeing, Fairchild Fasteners, SmithKline Beecham,
and Nabisco. Prior to becoming a consultant, Mike played
a key change agent role at Omark Industries, where he
coordinated the planning and implementation of one of
North America's first full scale efforts in Lean Manufacturing.
As a result he was recruited to perform a similar role
for the largest division of the Weyerhaeuser Company.
Mike holds a BS degree from the University of Birmingham,
a Master's from the University of Toronto, and a Ph.D.
in Metallurgical Engineering from Illinois Institute of
Technology.

ISO 9000 in three North American manufacturing sites.
Clayton is a Certified ISO 9000 Auditor and has a BS in
Physical Science. He is currently working toward his Master’s
in Applied Information Management.

Josef Kalupski has 25 years
of automotive industry experience working in the Europe
South America, Japan and the US. He currently specializes
in Lean Manufacturing, Design for Manufacturability, ISO
9001 and TS 16949. Josef's clients include Ford Motor
Company, Freightliner Corporation, and Decoma International
(Europe and South America). Prior to joining ETI Group,
Josef was Engineering Manager at Guardian West responsible
for implementing improvement systems that produced cost
savings of over $300K in the first year, and a projected
$1.4 million in 3 years. He was also responsible for maintaining
compliance with AIAG and TS 16949 standards. Josef has
a BS in Applied Science and Mechanical Engineering, Trinity
College and University.
